Russian Orthodox travel icon of Saint Tryphon. The mixed media painting: egg tempera, gesso, and levkas on a wood board. The icon is overlaid with a Silver oklad or riza, adorned with repousse decor and engraved detailed patterns. Inscribed lower to the center. Marked with a 84 standard Silver hallmark, and other Cyrillic and Assay marks. Russian Orthodox Religious Items and Collectibles.
