Phenomenal early work of Constantin Westchiloff, Russian, 1877 to 1945, watercolor on paper coastal landscape painting. Signed by the artist lower left. Circa the 1920s or 1930s. Framed. Constantin Alexandrovich Westchiloff was a Russian American artist known for portraits, genre scenes, landscapes, and seascapes. He was also an accomplished graphic artist and set designer.
