Maurice Brisson, a Post Impressionist oil on canvas painting depicting a Parisian street scene, circa 1950. Painted in the impasto technique using soft pastel colors with bright accents. Signed by the artist to the lower right. Housed in an old carved wood and gesso frame with a linen liner. One of a kind artwork. Note: Maurice Brisson was a French painter of Paris street scenes. Maurice Brisson was born in 1915 in Lyon, France. He studied in London and Paris under scholarship for his talents in painting.
