FRENCH AFFICHE LA MAISON MODERNE BY MANUEL ORAZI
An Art Nouveau affiche by Manuel Orazi, 1860 to 1934, an Italian artist. The poster is an advertisement for Julius Meier-Graefes gallery La Maison Moderne. Dated 1900. The artwork depicts a profile portrait of a young woman against Art Nouveau pottery, glass, lamps and jewelry. Inscription in the upper right in French: La Maison Moderne, 2 Rue de la Paix, 82 Rue de Petits Champs, L Habitations, l Ameublement et la Parure au XX Siecle, The Modern House, Dwellings, Furniture and Adornment in the XX Century. Artists emblem in the lower left. J. Minot Paris hallmark on the right. White mat, wooden frame. Julius Meier-Graefe, 1867 to 1935, was a German art critic. Collectible Wall Art For Interior Design.
