ANTIQUE CHINESE QING DYNASTY CARVED JADE REPOSER
An antique Chinese abstract ornamental carved jade brush holder or a reposer made as an imitation or a homage to the Scholar Stones or Seigaku with a mountain shape. Such stones for appreciation are collectively called suiseki, which means water and stone. Features a nicely polished surface. Late Qing dynasty, ca. 1890s. Collectible Oriental Carvings And Decor.
Dimensions: L 5 1/4 in. All measurements are approximate.
