An antique late 19th-century silver-plated bronze sculpture by Maurice Constant Favre, 1875 to 1919, a French sculptor. The artwork represents a female figurine dressed in Medieval clothing with a music sheet. The figure is mounted on a gilt pedestal with a name plate. Titled Chant de la Fileuse, Song of the Spinner. Signed by the artist on the bottom, M.C. Favre. Insciption 2e Mlle au Salon, Second Medal at the Salon, is on the bottom of the name plate. Collectible Sculpture And Medieval Revival Decor.
