A Russian gilt silver cigarette case with scrolling foliate decorations mounted to the front with a cameo hand carved with a view to a church. The other side features the Russian Imperial crowned double headed eagle. With a push-button lock. In the original box. Hallmarked with the manufacturer and 84 silver proof marks.
