18K GOLD BLUE AGATE CAMEO GEM STONES PIN PENDANT
An 18K Gold SMG and hand carved cameo jewelry brooch or pendant. The ware is adorned with a Victorian portrait of a woman, hand carved in a vivid hand craved Blue Agate. The cameo has a Gold bezel around it made in a foliage pattern, encrusted with gemstones, and a pearl below. Marked with a standard Gold hallmark and an SMG mark on the backside.
