The oval cufflinks are decorated with relief profile portraits of Nicholas II and his wide Alexandra Feodorovna on the recto side and double-headed eagle on the verso side. Each portrait is enframed with blue enamel set with four natural pearls. The backing of the cufflinks has a ribbed surface and is marked with 88 silver standard and makers marks.
