Alexei Pakhomov, Russian, 1900 to 1973, an auto-lithograph print depicting a nude female portrait, 1935. Signed in pencil lower right. Additionally signed and dated to the back. Framed. Alexei Fedorovich Pakhomov was an avant-garde painter. He is widely renowned as a master of lithography. Early in his career, he was a successful illustrator of children's books. His work during World War II earned him the State Stalin Prize. Soviet Avant Garde Prints And Russian Art Collectibles.
