PAIR OF CHINESE HAND CARVED JADE PIXIU PENDANTS
A pair of vintage Chinese hand carved Jade figural pendants. The pendants are made in the shape of a Pixiu. The pendant is made in an openwork design and adorned with engraved detailed patterns. Pixiu is a Chinese mythical hybrid creature. Pixiu are considered powerful protectors of feng shui practitioners, and resemble strong, winged lions. Circa: 20th century.
