RUSSIAN LITHOGRAPH MANDELSTAM BY GAVRIIL GLIKMAN - Gavriil Glikman (Gabriel Glikmann), a lithograph print depicting the portrait of Osip Mandelstam in the prisoner's uniform, 1976. Signed and dated in pencil by the artist lower right. Gavriil Davidovich Glikman, 1913 to 2003, was a Russian artist and sculptor who emigrated from the USSR in 1980. The brother of the professor of the Leningrad Conservatory Isaac Glikman. Provenance: Anna Feltsman Estate. Feltsman family: Oscar Feltsman, 1921 to 2013, was a Russian composer of Jewish descent born in Odessa. He was the father of Vladimir Feltsman, born in 1952 a Russian-American classical pianist.
