KPM COBALT BLUE AND GILT PORCELAIN CUP AND SAUCER
A porcelain tea pair by KPM. The outer side of the items is cobalt blue and is decorated with a hand-painted golden ornament. The rims are gilt. Orb with a cross KPM hallmark is on the bottom of both the cup and the saucer. The Konigliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin, or KPM, was one of the most influential porcelain factories in 18th-century Germany, and it still operates today. Dimensions: Cup H 2 1/4 in. Saucer D 5 1/8 in. All measurements are approximate.
