The artwork represents a woman sewing by the fireplace with a small girl helping her. After original works by Jan Vermeer, 1632 to 1675, a Dutch Baroque painter. Signed by the artist in the lower right. Housed in a richly ornate old gilt wood and gesso frame with an inscribed paper label attached to the backside. European Old Masters Fine Art For Collectors.
