Abraham Manievich, aka Abram Manevich, American, 1881 to 1942, oil on canvas townscape painting depicting the roofs during the time of sunset. Signed lower left. Additionally signed to the back. Circa the early 20th century. Framed. Abraham Anshelovich Manievich was a Ukrainian-American expressionist artist of Belarusian-Jewish origin. His work is in the National Art Museum of Ukraine and in major museums and private collections in the United States, Canada, France, Israel, Russia, and Ukraine.
