ANTIQUE MUGHAL INDIA GUNPOWDER FLASK, 18TH CEN.
An antique Indian gunpowder flask from the Mughal Empire period, 1526 to 1857. Of a nautilus shell form, carved of wood and covered in dark brown leather with a double sided stopper carved as a mythological animal head. Bearing two metal fitting rings, and a leather belt strap. Islamic Art, Oriental Decorative Collectibles, Antique Militaria For Collectors.
Dimensions: 5 3/4 x 4 1/4 x 3 1/4 in. All measurements are approximate.
