FRENCH NEO CLASSICAL GILT PORCELAIN VASE LAMP
A French Neo Classical porcelain vase converted into a table lamp. The richly gilt vase is footed and has large figurative handles. The front part of the vase represents a transfer-printed mythological scene with a wedding plot. The verso side has a golden and burgundy red ornamental design with a medallion. Hallmark Deroche R.J.J. Rousseau Paris is on the bottom. It refers to the Atelier de décoration de Deroche, a porcelain workshop in Paris. The lamp has two light sockets with individual switches. French Empire Decor For Interior Design.
Dimensions: Total H 36 1/2 in, Base H 21 1/2 in. All measurements are approximate.
