Luis Cuevas, Puerto Rican, 20th century, serigraph print depicting a female portrait titled Youth and Its Greatness. Unsigned. Luis R. Cuevas moved to California and attended the California School for Fine Arts and the Chouinard Art Institute in Los Angeles.
