ANTIQUE JAPANESE CLOISONNE ENAMEL GINBARI VASE
An antique Japanese Ginbari foil enamel vase. The exterior of the vase is covered with enamel made in Cloisonne technique and depict a classical sakura blossoming flowers motif with birds. The enamel work shows rich color and subtle shading throughout. The ground is done in pigeon blood or deep crimson with rich color accentuating the bamboo and fine dimpled base metal design. Circa: 1920s to 1930s. Antique and Vintage, Asian and Oriental Vases, Home Decor and Collectibles.
Dimensions: H: 14 1/2 in. All measurements are approximate.
