ANTIQUE ART NOUVEAU SILVER PLATED IRIS FLOWER JUG
An antique early 20th-century silver-plated jug. An elegant jug is garnished with Art Nouveau ornamental decor and a voluminous relief depicting an iris flower. Hallmarks Made and Guaranteed by Meriden B Company, Rogers Bros., 485, USA are on the bottom. The Meriden Britannia Company was an American manufacture that functioned from 1852 until 1898, when it became a part of International Silver Company alongside C. Rogers & Brother.
