RUSSIAN MIXED MEDIA PAINTING BY ANATOLY ZVEREV
Anatoly Timofeivich Zverev, Russian Soviet, 1931 to 1986, mixed media painting on paper depicting a female portrait, 1980. Signed with initials upper right. Dated upper left. Completed with authentication from Kremlin and inscribed, I confirm the work of A. Zverev, by Vl. Nemukhin, and dated 2015, on the back. Anatoly Zverev, a Nonconformist artist, representative of the second wave of the Russian avant garde, painter of the Soviet underground. He was and remains a legend in the artistic life of Moscow in the second half of the 20th century. One of a kind artwork.
Dimensions: Paper 22 3/4 x 16 1/4 in. All measurements are approximare.
