LARGE HENRY TROEMNER APOTHECARY SCALE WEIGHTS SET
A large antique apothecary balance scale weights set by Henry Troemner Inc. Class S 500 g to 1 g. The set includes silver tone weights in grams, handy tweezers. Presented in original wooden box with metal clasps. Completed with a key. Marked with paper labels and metal plaques, Henry Troemner, Inc., Philadelphia, WM 201, N. J. Weights and Measures. Circa: late 19th century to early 20th century. Henry Troemner began making scales and weights in a partnership in 1840, and then established his own company in 1844.
