FOUR WWII AMERICAN NEWSMAP POSTERS JAPANESE FRONT
A lot of four 1940s American Newsmap posters. The maps date back to January 1944, June 1945. Issue topics: Industrial Edition, Map of Southeast Asia, Map of New Guinea, Jap-Facts. From 1942 until 1946, the US Army published the weekly Newsmaps, double-sided posters that were meant to inform the military on the progress of the war via maps, photographs, and short news snippets.
