Thomas Shotter Boys, British, 1803 to 1874, hand colored lithograph titled The Strand, 1842. Printed by Charles Joseph Hullmandel, British, 1789 to 1850. Matted and framed. Thomas Shotter Boys was an English watercolor painter and lithographer. He published Original Views of London as it is, drawn and lithographed by himself and drew the illustrations to Blackies History of England, and etched some plates for John Ruskins Stones of Venice.
