ANTIQUE XIX C. STILL LIFE PAINTING BY W HUNSINGER
A late Romanticism period Oil on canvas painting circa 1890s. A deeply charged of symbolism still life, depicting a vine with a bunch of dark blue grapes and a sparrow bird. At the end of the Victorian period, this type of pictorial work was a relatively common wedding gift to the soon to be Wife. In a way to represent the pass from a youth stage to plentiful adulthood. Signed W. Hunsinger on the frame. Collectible Antique Figurative Still Life Art.
