PAIR OF BRASS PEACOCK FAN STYLE FIREPLACE SCREENS
A pair of antique Japanese fan style gilt brass fireplace screens in the shape of peacock feathers. The screens are decorated with folding ornate parts. The base and upper part are adorned with an embossing scrollwork pattern. The base of the screen is made in the shape of a head of a peacock with wings on both sides. Marked with an impress, Japan.
