A collection of World War II period black and white photographs from Riga, circa 1944. Some photographs feature handwritten inscriptions on the reverse. The smallest photograph is a rare image of Joseph Goebbels, who was a German Nazi politician who was the Gauleiter of Berlin, chief propagandist for the Nazi Party, and then Reich Minister of Propaganda from 1933 to 1945.
