Mixed media painting: egg tempera, gesso, and levkas on a wood board. Inscribed upper to the center. Circa: 19th century.The icon depicts a shouldered deesis, Savior Emmanuel surrounded by archangels Gabriel and Michael leaning towards him. Jesus Christ is dressed in an ocher chiton with a golden assist. For the face of the Divine Infant, a lighter carnation was used in comparison with the faces of the archangels.
