Lea Halpern (Dutch, American, 1901-1985) artistic spherical ceramic vase with crackled effect, covered with a shiny beige glaze. Lea Halpern was known as the van Gogh of potters, she experimented with glazes, special effects, and innovative pigments. Provenance: The William Doyle, lot # 265.
