A rare early Soviet Ukraine banner symbol of the newly-formed Republic. This hand-embroidered with gold and silver thread on a red silk symbol was a part of a large Soviet Ukraine banner made around 1024.The four Cyrillic letters on the tops stand for Ð£ÐºÑ€Ð°Ñ —нÑькÐ&de g; РадÑÐ&fra c12;Ñька СоціÐ&d eg;ліÑÑ‚Ð&ced il;чна РеÑп&Ntild e;ƒÐ±Ð»Ñ–к&E TH;° (Ukraine Soviet Socialist Republic) with hammer and sickle and a rising sun below.In its original condition, with all embroidery elements intact.
