WEST ASIA BANDED AGATE BEADS, 3000-2000 BC - The ancient beads make a very interesting natural pattern. If one looks closely at the veins of agate, it appears to be taking the shape of a parrot with the string hole acting as the eye. At one point near the center of the bead, there appears to be a transparent texture. Dimensions: L: 1 1/8 in., 28 mm.
