A PAIR OF CLASSIC BOOKS DON QUIXOTE AND PINOCCHIO - This lot includes the first Volume of the classic literary book Don Quixote from 1887, 100 p., written by Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, with hardcover and vivid colorful illustrations by Jules David Librairie Garnier, translated by Jean Pierre Claris de Florian. The other book is Pinocchio written by C. Collodi, 122 p., illustrated by Tony Sarg and edited by Watty Piper. Published by The Platt and Munk Company in 1940, it has the owner name written on the inside cover with a pencil. Dimensions: Smaller: 10 3/4 x 8 1/2 in.Larger: 12 5/8 x 9 3/4 in. Condition: Good overall condition with some tearing on the edges and some aging wear.
