Silver pendant w/ central gemstone, diamonds, & sapphires. - Unique pendant featuring a large hand-carved gemstone (possibly amber) in the shape of a skull, adorned with 3 sapphires (approximately 2 carats total) set in gold-plated silver bezels. The gemstone is surrounded by around 130 vintage-cut diamonds set in gold-plated silver frame. The pendant comes with a leather chain and a special clasp embellished with 8 large diamond pieces.
