Retro Gold, Sapphire and Diamond Ring - Gold ring set in its center with a large blue natural Sapphire stone in about 5 Carats in size.  Handrafting includes a setting of about 70 fine diamonds surrounding the surfaces of the ring and hoop. Special handcrafting that integrates Yellow & White Gold side by side, and a stylish color play with diamonds spread over the entire ring. 18K Yellow and White Gold American size: 5 Weight: 11.4 grams The ring is in very good condition, however there is a lack to the gold circle adorning the central Sapphire stone.
