Edwardian 18K Yellow Gold, Silver, Sapphire and Diamond Pendant Pin - hand carved pendant-brooch with filigree and millegrain finish, the piece has a collapsible bail for wear as either a pin or a pendant, containing one triangular mixed cut cornflower blue sapphire measuring approximately 18.2 x 13.2 x 6.9 mm and weighing approximately 10.5 carats, together with numerous old European and rose cut diamonds weighing approximately 3.65 carats total.
