An Antique 18K Yellow Gold, Ruby and Diamond Horseshoe Brooch - with fancy hand-carved gallery and millegrain border, containing 24 square calibre cut natural rubies weighing approximately 0.65 carat total and 24 rose cut natural diamonds weighing approximately 0.24 carat total.  Weight: 4.6 grams Stamp: Signed MOTEM Size: 3.0 x 2.5 cm Condition: All of the stones are securely set in the brooch. The hinge pin stem is slightly wobbly. The brooch is in very good condition
