An Antique Etruscan Revival 14K Yellow Gold and Lava Cameo Brooch - consisting of a magnificently carved lava depicting a classical figure of a woman with flowing hair and delicate foliage measuring approximately 4.8 x 3.7 cm, set in a yellow gold frame with hand-carved filigree, millegrain and braided gold details.  Weight: 29.2 grams Condition: the cameo is in excellent condition with fine attention to detail placed in the carving process. The pin and locking mechanism are functioning well.
