Franklin' cut from a latter with the work 'Congress appearing just above. Overall size 3 x 2 in. Signature executed with a fine-nibbed pen and a bit light, paper toned at left, else very good. Attractively matted with an early engraving in blue cloth with gold wood trim, all set into a gilt wood frame.
