AMERICAN TRAITOR FIGHTS FOR THE NAZIS!
Incredibly rare 'Deutscher Volksturm' soldbuch issued to a 'Volkssturmsoldaten' Wilhelm Gabler, 14pp. 3.5 x 4.75 in., issued March 10, 1945 with city-of-issue left blank. Adding to the document's rarity, Gabler's listed place of birth is 'Providence, Rhode-Island U.S.A.'. His listed date of birth was 1892 - making him 53 years old when called to serve. Notably, equipment and medical sections of the soldbuch remains blank, as most elderly members of the Volkssturm had no uniform and were not supplied by the German government at all. His ID portrait is not present, and due to a lack of adhesive residue or staple holes, his photo may never have been affixed. Near fine condition. Gabler's pre-Volksturm driver's license is being offered in a separate lot.
