Great association T.L.S. as 'Reichsmarschall' on official letterhead, 1p. 4to., Berlin, [n.d.], celebrating the retirement of one 'Generalleutnant a.D. Kieffer', thanking him '...for the excellent service which you have rendered to your fatherland in your long, successful career in war and peace...' Signed at the conclusion in black ink. Some staining, light mailing folds, else near fine.
