Arisaka Type 99 7.7x58mm - The Type 99 rifle - also known as the Type 99 short rifle - is a bolt-action rifle of the Arisaka design used by the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II. This bolt action rifle is chambered in 7.7X58MM and features a 24” barrel. The rifle appears to have been fitted into a non-factory stock, one reminiscent of the Sako 75 rifles. The beautiful wood finishing and blued barrel and receiver are in excellent condition; showing normal signs of wear and use. Please see photos.
