Winchester 1895 Grade 1 30-06 - This Model 1895 Grade I has a more modest degree of embellishment, yet still uniquely beautiful. On each side of the receiver the upper scallop is enhanced with a beautiful cluster of Nimschke-style scrollwork. The straight grip stop and schnabel are of selected American Walnut, carefully cut checkered. ONLY 7000 of these Rifles were ever Made. This Rifle, SN:NF 0188, Comes with the original box and paperwork. This Rifle also has its engraved partner gun containing SN: NFH0188 shown in the previous Lot (Sold Separately).
