Vincent van Gogh was a Post-Impressionist painter who is among the most famous and influential figures in the history of Western art. In just over a decade he created about 2,100 artworks, including around 860 oil paintings, most of them in the last two years of his life. They include landscapes and still lifes. 5 3/4 x 8 3/4 inches. Reportedly from the collection of Guy Loudmer, Loudmer Auction House, Paris, circa 1985, although we have not been able to confirm this. 2017 acquired by the current owner, Private collection California.
