Mark Milloff is an internationally exhibited American painter and art professor. He is best known for his heavily layered oil paintings. Whether working in oil or pastels, he is known for expanding the dialogue and the capabilities of the medium. He currently teaches at Rhode Island School of Design. 11.5 x 12 inches canvas; 5.75 x 7.5 inches drawing. Private collection, Boston. Very good condition, the canvas has glue residue on it.
