Auction Terms & Conditions By registering for this auction you agree to all of the terms laid out for this auction. All items are sold As is, where is. Appointments are available to inspect an item prior to the auction. No exchanges or returns on any items for any reasons. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges or picking up items. Most items are able to be shipped. Some items marked local pickup only. We will only ship to the address inputted at registration so please take the time to make sure it is the correct address. We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged packages. Shipping insurance may be added to your package at your expense. If we are shipping an item to you we will send you an additional invoice with shipping charges added. 15% buyers premium with a 3% discount for cash upon pickup. By registering for this auction the buyer is consenting that the buyer is the individual or entity registering for this auction. Conditions are subjective and are considered opinions of the consignor, us, or an independent party. All items are sold as is, where is. No refunds or chargebacks for any reasons. Please note that we will report Fraud. Payment is due within 3 business days. We will contact you after auction to arrange shipping or pickup.
