All item/s will be shipped via UPS or FedEx, FULLY insured, unless insurance declined in writing by the buyer.

SOFE does not use USPS.

 

SOFE won't ship large items in GLASS FRAMES.

 

SOFE won't ship LARGE PAINTINGS or LARGE SCULPTURES.

 

Local buyers should schedule a pick up by emailing or calling us (24 hours notice is required to prepare your items) and come prepared to pack and load their purchases to their satisfaction.

 

Walk-in pick-ups will not be accepted.

For bidders opting for local pickup of items, Texas State sales tax will apply to the purchase and must be paid. Only valid Texas State resale certificates will be accepted for tax exemption. Resale certificates from other states will not apply for tax exemption.

Purchased property must be collected within 30 days following the auction.

 

Property not collected within 30 days of the close of the auction will be subject to a public storage fee of 5.00 USD per item per day.

 

Items will be transferred to a public storage facility.

 

Items will not be released to the bidder until late storage fees are paid in full.

Minimum fee will be 100.00USD.

  

 

Property not collected within 60 days of the close of the auction will be considered abandoned and any monies paid to SOFE DESIGN AUCTIONS by the purchaser will be considered liquidated damages.
