Sims Family Auctions - Please register early. If there is an issue with your registration, we don't want it to prevent you from bidding. Our client is about to be on the move and looking to sell almost all of his personal property before starting fresh. We've got a great mix of tools, decor, furniture, seasonal, kitchen, etc. This auction will begin closing Thursday, June 12, at 6:00PM. Pay and pickup will be Friday June 13 from 5:00-7:00 and Saturday, June 14, from 9:00-11:00, at 507 Covey Ln Harrison, AR. BUYERS WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN HELP TO LOAD AND BOXES TO PACK. We will take cash, check, or card. Cards will have an additional 4% fee added. If you do not show up to collect your winnings, your card will be charge and items will be forfeited. Our pickup window is very firm so that the home will be ready for listing post auction. Items will close every 20 seconds. If an item receives a bid in its 20 second window, it will be extended another 20 seconds. 10% buyers premium will be added to the hammer price of each item.
