Bidding:
If you put a max bid in on an item, and it immediately puts you in at your max bid, one of two things happened. You either outbid another bidders max bid by one increment, or most likely you put in a bid that has not yet met reserve.
By participating in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Simulcast Auction: A simulcast auction is an auction that takes place simultaneously in multiple locations or through various platforms, allowing bidders to participate in real-time regardless of their physical location. Typically, it combines both live, in-person bidding and online bidding, so participants can place bids either by attending the event on-site or by using an internet platform.
2. Registration: All bidders must register before participating in the auction. Registration can be completed online via the Auctioneer’s website or in person at the auction location. Bidders must provide accurate personal information. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any registration at his discretion.
3. Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, cash, or check. A 4% card fee applies to all credit card payments. Live bidders are expected to pay for their items, in full, at the end of the auction. Online bidders may pay when they pick their items up. No items can leave before payment is made. Please read the section below titled, “Proof of Funds”. If you do not show up to collect your items, we will charge your card on file.
4. Online Buyer’s Premium: A 10% online buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price on all lots.
5. Max Bid: In some cases, a maximum bid may be placed at the discretion of the auctioneer, with the option to adjust or decline the max bid amount. We recommend leaving a max bid. In the case of technical issues, your max bid may still be recognized. There may be a scenario where your max bid ties with a floor bidder. The floor bidder may be given priority.
6. Bidding: In order to bid online, you must register and place a credit card on file. You can then place the next bid based on the set bid increments OR you may place a higher “max bid”. If you place a max bid, the computer will bid for you if another bidder places a bid. For example, if you want to place a max bid of $100 on an item that currently has a max bid of $20, you will be the current winning bidder at $25. If another person places a $30, the computer will accept a bid from you at $35. This will continue until your competitor stops bidding, or until your max bid is no longer the highest bid.
7. Pickup Information: Items must be picked up on the designated dates and times. Buyers are responsible for bringing sufficient assistance for loading larger items. Specific pickup dates will be provided during the auction. Failure to pick up items within the designated timeframe will result in your credit card being charged for the purchase. To retrieve your items, you will be charged a storage fee of $10/day. If your items have not been picked up before our next auction, they will be considered abandoned and resold by the auction company. The income from the second sale of the item will be considered your storage fee.
8. Proof of Funds: Depending on the price of an item, the auctioneer may require proof of funds before the item is released. For high-ticket items, we may require checks to clear before releasing the item.
9. Reserve: All auctions are assumed to be with reserve, unless otherwise stated. The reserve price may or may not be disclosed at the time of auction. If your top bid does not meet the reserve, we may contact the seller to see if they will accept, or negotiate to sell the item. Just because your bid is not accepted at the moment, doesn’t mean you may not be the winning bidder.
10. Condition of Items: All items are sold "as is, " with no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, regarding their condition, authenticity, or fitness for a particular purpose. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ask questions or inspect items before placing a bid. The Auctioneer provides descriptions of the items for informational purposes only. We do our best to give accurate descriptions, accurate pictures, and to give any known information related to item defects.
11. Firearms and Ammunition:
All firearms transactions will be subject to FFL laws and regulations. You must pass the National Instant Criminal Background Check (NICS) check in order to get your gun. You may not have your gun until your background check has been approved. Approval does not always happen the same day as the check. If you have an ARKANSAS Concealed Carry Permit, you wills till have to fill out the paperwork, but will be able to leave with your firearm that day. If you buy a firearm and need shipping, we can facilitate an FFL Transfer to the FFL licensee of your choosing, for $25 plus shipping. If you have your firearm shipped and do not pass the NICS check, you will not be refunded your money on the purchase. If having a firearm shipped, you will be required to pay via wire transfer and will have to cover the wire transfer fee of $25.
Long Guns and Long Gun Ammunition: Buyers must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns or long gun ammunition.
Handguns, Pistol Grip Shotguns, and Handgun Ammunition: Buyers must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, pistol grip shotguns, or handgun ammunition.
FFL Transfers: We can facilitate the transfer of firearms to an FFL licensee across state lines for a fee of $25 per firearm, plus shipping costs.
12. Additional Terms: By bidding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all auction terms and conditions. The auctioneer reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. In the event of technical difficulties, the auctioneer will make all decisions related to the continuation, or postponement, of the auction.
