Post-Thanksgiving Americana Auction November 26th at 10am Previews: November 19th and 25th from noon to 4pm and by appointment Bidding on-line through Live Auctioneers, Invaluable, Auction Zip and HighBid as well as phone and absentee This auction features the Joseph William Pepperrell Frost Estate, Part II, and a Boston Trust Estate along with other New England homes. At auction includes American and English period furniture from the Frost Estate, Boston Trust Estate, and a Manchester CT. home along with some interesting Centennial furniture. Of special interest will be a large collection of estate rugs to include several room-size Heriz, scatter rugs, as well as significant selection of silver. Historical items will include a document appointing Benning Wentworth as Governor of NH, Robert Frost 16mm films of him touring New England, several autographs of authors, musicians, and leaders. Fine art will also be represented by Thomas Sully, J.W. Hunt and St Meuris.
