Please be advised that most raw coins may have been cleaned or altered in some manner at some point during their lifespan. We do not offer returns on any coins based on grade, condition, or evidence of cleaning—including harsh cleaning. Condition assessments stated in descriptions are often the opinion of the seller and may not be accurate.

Grades listed in lot titles, packaging, or descriptions should not be relied upon unless the coin has been certified by a reputable third-party grading service. Note that not all grading companies guarantee the accuracy of their grades, and some are not recognized within the numismatic community. Bidders are strongly encouraged to educate themselves on the differences between legitimate and illegitimate grading services.

The auctioneer is not a coin grader and does not grade coins. Please use your own judgment when evaluating any coin’s condition or value. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees, warranties, or returns.

By placing a bid, you are entering into a legal and binding agreement. Non-paying bidders will be permanently added to our No-Bid List.

Shipping & Tracking Information

All buyers will receive a tracking number via Stamps.com when a shipping label is generated. If you did not receive a tracking number, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

Your shipping label has not yet been printed.

The email address on file is outdated or incorrect.

Your email provider has blocked or filtered messages from Stamps.com.

Please check your email and spam/junk folders before contacting us.

Important:

Due to time constraints and high shipping volume, any request for a tracking number that has already been emailed will incur a $2 service fee. This is not intended as a revenue source but rather to encourage customers to review their email and read the posted shipping terms before inquiring. Repeated tracking requests significantly slow down our packing and shipping process.
